• Cancellations: Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled consultation for a full refund.
  
• No-show Policy: If a client does not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
  
• Refunds: Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payment or service unavailability.
  
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
